South Dalmarnock Masterplan

Masterplan

An aspirational masterplan, this project is used as a case study for best practice by the Scottish Government. The proposals were driven by the need to carefully regenerate a historic neighbourhood whilst also providing a comprehensive strategy to allow Glasgow City Council to determine future detailed planning applications.

The proposals were driven by a need to deal with a number of engineering constraints, the most significant of which was the capacity within the existing combined sewage network and River Clyde flood events.
